User: Referred to as (You) (the second party) represents all of Agalista Ltd.Co. platform’s users, who directly or indirectly benefit from its services as individuals, groups, companies, institutions, real estate marketers, or the real estate offices, for the purposes of selling, buying, rent, or other real estate services.
3. Companying services: It refers to all the services provided by the platform to it is visitors and users, whether through direct use to the platform or through the other services directly related to the platform.
4. Laws:It means the laws of the Republic of Sudan.

In general, all the information collected by the platform is necessary information to provide the required services effectively, and to ensure the work of that services in a manner meet the user’s needs, and to grant them a better experience to serve their needs efficiently to evaluate and improve the platform’s performance and working for its development, expansion, and spread.

6. Not to use the company’s services by who are legally not eligible to enter as a part of this agreement due to age or any other reason.
7. Not to download, distribute, or publish any materials that may consider as defamation, or violation of the privacy of the others, or attack on them or damage their interest, or threatening their safety and security, or abuse them racially, or any other abuses or any other illegal materials.
8. Not to transfer your account or your activities to other sites while you’re using the platform’s logo.

1.
